Our Mission Statement

"To increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community."

Our Goal

At NSBE, our goal is to empower the next generation of engineers through academic excellence, professional development, and meaningful community impact. We strive to create a supportive environment where students can grow as leaders, excel in their studies, build lasting professional connections, and use their skills to make a positive difference both on campus and in the community.

Academic Excellence

Academic excellence means more than earning strong grades. It means building a community that motivates, supports, and pushes each member to reach their full potential. Through study tables, mentorship, and test bank access, we empower students to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Community Impact

We believe engineering extends beyond the classroom. Through leadership, outreach, and collaboration, we strive to create a meaningful community impact by uplifting those around us, inspiring future innovators, and using our skills to drive positive change both on campus and beyond.
